Learning to be your best self through the This Is My Story Art Journal includes daily activities to enable children to identify and label their feelings, while creatively allowing them to explore how these feelings were felt as a body experience. It is very important for children to learn how to be able to emotionally regulate. This journal enables them to do this through thought and art questions. This journal will allow caregivers, counselors and teachers to have an insight into their child's world. The drawing prompts can be utilized by asking children about their drawings and creating opportunities for deeper relationships between adult and child.

Eat Love Play - Family Cookbook
Eat - Love - Play was created to help build strong families.
R.E.A.C.H. for Tomorrow believes that strong families produce strong children in turn producing strong communities. By focusing on raising children who are strong in character, their development, and socially and emotionally we are preparing them to become resilient adults who overcome when adversities arise, know how to love and be loved, and who are positive members of society.
These recipes are favorites of our staff, board and families. We hope you enjoy trying them and see your family grow stronger and stronger each day.
Why Can't They See The Real Me
About Why Can't They See Real Me
It is important as parents and teachers that we separate the behaviors our children choose from who they really are. So often we hear adults telling children they are lazy, naughty, frustrating, annoying etc. Our children are not these things. It is the behavior that they have chosen. If we label our children in this way, we are saying that their behavior is a part of their character. For a child these statements can be very burdensome and cause them to feel a hopelessness about being able to change. If we are saying it is who they are, then how can they change it? If we separate the behavior from who they are, we are empowering them to choose not to exhibit the behavior. It is like taking off an article of clothing or choosing not to wear it. As parents and teachers it is our job to encourage our children to be the best that they can be, while giving them the tools to succeed.
